We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.

β Eligible Cases
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund
- No return required in most cases
2. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product:
- We will correct the issue at no cost
- Replacement or refund will be offered
β οΈ Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
Because each product is personalized:
- Returns are accepted upon request within 30 days
- A 40% customization service fee will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping

- Heavily customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
